In addition to delivering a comprehensive design package that includes floor plans, furniture placement recommendations, and detailed shopping lists filled with hand-picked furniture and decor, we also expertly manage logistics, deliveries, trade work, and setup.

With her eight years of experience as co-founder of Urban Blueprint Design + Build and a Penzo Team broker, Natasha felt that the creation of Homekin was a natural progression and the missing piece of the puzzle. Natasha has grown up on job sites, watching her parents design, build and sell many homes throughout her life. Being immersed in this environment at such an early age is what ultimately motivated her to go into real estate, design and build but what it also did was make her fall in love with the details that make a home unique.
