A design expert matched to your taste
The quiz gives you your matches and you choose from them. Everyone on the platform is a working professional, and you are picking the one whose finished rooms already look like the room you want.
A layout planned to your room
Furniture placed against your real measurements, so the sofa fits the wall it was chosen for, the rug runs under the furniture rather than floating between it, and you can still walk through the room.
A shoppable design board
The whole room on one page, every piece with its price, vendor and dimensions. You are approving a room you can see, not a mood.
Preferred vendor pricing
We buy at our trade pricing and pass it through to you. On most rooms that saving covers a good part of the design fee on its own.
Revisions until you approve it
Not a fixed number of rounds. The plan is finished when you say it is, and nothing gets ordered before then.
Ordering, tracking and trade coordination
Once you approve, your concierge places the orders, chases the vendors, tracks every delivery date and lines up any trade work the room needs.
What you have at the end
A finished room, not a plan you still have to execute. The board you approved, every piece on it ordered and tracked to your door, the deliveries scheduled around each other rather than arriving in six separate weeks, and the room put together. You keep the board and the shopping list afterwards, so the next room starts from something.

Our Room Makeover starts at CAD $695 for the online package and CAD $995 for in-person (which includes an in-home visit). Whole-home projects are custom-quoted. Furnishings are purchased separately, and our preferred pricing often offsets the design fee.

No. Your design board and shopping list are yours to use as you like. Most clients let our concierge order everything for a seamless experience, but it is optional.
Most design plans come together in a few weeks. Total timeline depends on the room's scope and vendor lead times, which your project manager tracks for you.
Online design is available anywhere we can ship; in-person service is offered in Toronto and beyond. Tell us your location during the quiz and we'll confirm what's available.
Yes, and most people do. The Room Makeover is priced per room, so one room is a complete project rather than a trial of something bigger. Plenty of clients come back for the next room once they have seen the first one finished, but nothing obliges you to.
