You take a short style quiz, we match you with a professional interior design expert who fits your taste, and together you shape a plan — floor plan, furniture layout, and a shoppable design board. Once you approve it, we handle ordering, delivery, and styling.
Our Room Makeover starts at CAD $495 for the online package and CAD $625 for in-person (which includes an in-home visit). Whole-home projects are custom-quoted. Furnishings are purchased separately — and our preferred pricing often offsets the design fee.
Both include a matched design expert, custom layouts, style boards, shopping lists, and revisions. In-person adds a hands-on home visit where your design expert walks the space with you to discuss ideas in context.

No. Your design board and shopping list are yours to use as you like. Most clients let our concierge order everything for a seamless experience — but it's optional.
Most design plans come together in a few weeks. Total timeline depends on the room's scope and vendor lead times, which your project manager tracks for you.
